Returns & Refunds

We want to make returning your order as easy and convenient as possible.

You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the day you receive it. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to return your order

To return an item, simply register your return through our online Return Portal.

1.        Go to our Return Portal and register your return.

2.        Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.

3.        Choose your preferred return shipping option.

4.        Carefully pack the item(s), preferably using the original shipping packaging.

5.        Attach your return label to the parcel and drop it off with the selected carrier.

Please remember to keep your drop-off receipt and tracking information until your return has been processed.

Return shipping

When returning your order, you can choose to purchase a prepaid return label through our Return Portal or arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

If you choose to use our prepaid return label, the cost varies depending on the country you are returning from. The applicable return shipping fee will be displayed in the Return Portal when you register your return.

The cost of our prepaid return label will be automatically deducted from your refund.

If you choose to arrange the return shipping yourself, you are responsible for the shipping costs and for ensuring that the parcel reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Refunds

Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for your order.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Please note

Engraved jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items must be returned in their original condition. When trying on jewellery, please avoid contact with perfume, creams or similar products, as these may leave marks or scents on the jewellery.

Complaints Policy

All of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This means that you either get it replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
