At Sif Jakobs Jewellery we strive towards making a fast delivery but due to high demand in this period, we have a slightly longer delivery time, we strive for you to receive your order as soon as possible within 2-5 working days from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays are processed the following working day. In connection with public holidays, longer delivery times must be expected. Should delays occur at our delivery supplier, however, Sif Jakobs Jewellery cannot be held responsible.
When placing your order with Sif Jakobs Jewellery, it is important that you enter your address information correctly when you enter your delivery address. You are hereby required to provide the correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provide is not confirmed, Sif Jakobs Jewellery reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

EU Member CountriesWhen you place an order from a country member of the EU you must pay Danish VAT but no taxes - according to the rules about free movement of goods.
Countries Outside The EU
VATThere is a 25% Danish VAT on every product showed in the shop. Products for delivery outside EU are sold without the 25% Danish VAT. That will be deducted automatically when you make your order and write which country you are buying from. When you place an order from a country outside the EU local taxes or VAT may be applied. Sif Jakobs Jewellery cannot be held responsible for these taxes or VAT. You will be contacted by the freight company regarding payment of additional costs. Please be aware that this may delay the delivery as the items will be detained by customs. Items bought on sifjakobs.com cannot be sent as a gift to countries outside the EU in an attempt to escape local taxes or VAT.
CustomsWhen ordering products from Sif Jakobs Jewellery for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Sif Jakobs Jewellery, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Return & Exchange PolicyIf you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.* Make sure to get a receipt as a proof that you have returned the item(s). If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 30 days after we receive your returned products. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. If you wish to exchange an item we send the item for the exchanged item free of charge.
Complaints PolicyAll of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.
