Delivery

At Sif Jakobs Jewellery we strive towards making a fast delivery but due to high demand in busy periods, we have a slightly longer delivery time. Nevertheless, we aim for you to receive your order as soon as possible within 4-6 working days from Monday to Friday. For engraved jewellery the delivery time is approx. 5-7 working days.

Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays are processed the following working day. In connection with public holidays, longer delivery times must be expected. Should delays occur at our delivery supplier, however, Sif Jakobs Jewellery cannot be held responsible.

When placing your order with Sif Jakobs Jewellery, it is important that you enter your delivery address information correctly. You are hereby required to provide the correct address for the delivery of the goods. If the address you provide is not confirmed, Sif Jakobs Jewellery reserves the right to withhold delivery and cancel the order.

Please note that we do not ship to the following countries:

  • United Kingdom: Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey
  • Finland: Aland Islands
  • France: Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte, Monaco, Saint Pierre, Wallis and the Futuna Islands, and New Caledonia, Wallis and Futuna Islands and New Caledonia.
  • Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, and Vatican City
  • Netherlands: Aruba and the territories of the relevant Netherlands Antilles
  • Norway: Svalbard
  • Austria: Riezlern
  • Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
  • Germany: The island of Heligoland and Busingen

Return Policy

Extended 90-day return policy until January 31, 2024.

Sif Jakobs Jewellery provides a 90-day full right of return from the day you receive your goods. Please note, engraved jewellery is excluded from exchange and can not be returned.
- Please enter our online return portal BY CLICKING HERE, and get your return label.
Fill out the return form and place it with your order. If the returned goods comply with our returns policy we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order within 90 days after we receive your returned products. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt.The condition of the product when you return it: 
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and its functionality. In other words – you can test the product in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the product is tested beyond what is described above, we consider it as used. In order to receive the full purchase amount in return, you may only handle the product in a way you would at a physical store. You can test the product, but cannot take it into actual use.

Please note: When trying on items of jewellery, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or cream which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 

 

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your order, please return your order as described above and place a new order for the item you would like to receive instead. Once we have received your return, we will refund you the amount of the initial order. 

 

Complaints Policy

All of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. This means that you either get it repaired or replaced, refunded or reduced in price, depending on the specific situation.

Sif Jakobs Jewellery covers reasonable freight costs that can occur in connection with a complaint.

A complaint about a product purchased from us may also be submitted to the European Commission's online complaint portal. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country.
