When ordering from Sif Jakobs Jewellery, it is important that you enter your address details correctly when specifying the delivery address. You are obliged to provide the correct address for delivery of the goods. If the address you provide is not confirmed, Sif Jakobs Jewellery reserves the right to cancel the order and not send out the delivery. All of our products are covered by the Purchase Act with a 24 month warranty. The warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the goods that have occurred within 24 months after purchase. If you buy a piece of jewellery from our Follina or Portofino collection online, you can add a free engraving to your jewellery. The engraving must be added to the jewellery before the item is added to the cart.

Please note, that shipping times might be longer for engraved jewellery. Engraved jewelry is excluded from exchange and can not be returned.
